We are profoundly affected by stress in our lives. Many believe that stress is one of the most destructive elements in our lives today. It is the way we react to stress that causes us either pleasure or pain. The effects of stress can be positive or negative. Positive stress is a motivator for improved lifestyle and negative stress can be destructive to our health. Simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can be practiced to reduce the physical and mental effects of stress.

YOGA SESSIONS


Start - Thursday January 5th to Feb 23rd

Class 1 ~ 5:30p to 6:30p

Class 2 ~ 6:40p to 7:40p (FULl)


Next Session (8 weeks)


** Please Pre-Register at the spa to insure your space in the class.


Each 8 week session is $85.00 Tax Included
Drop-in's are welcome for $12.00 per class - if there is space.


** Please Bring your own yoga mat, dress comfortably, and try not to eat for about 2hrs prior to the class.
